Refund Policy

At GenLayers, we want you to be satisfied with our Service. Because our Service provides immediate access to digital AI generation tools that consume real-time computing resources, our refund policy is as follows:

1. Unused Credits

If you purchased a credit pack and have not used any of the credits, you are eligible for a 100% full refund within 14 days of purchase.

2. Used Credits

Once credits have been used to generate or edit images, those spent credits are non-refundable. AI processing resources are consumed immediately upon generation and cannot be returned.

3. Technical Errors & System Failures

If you experienced a technical issue where credits were deducted from your balance but the Service failed to generate an image due to a system error, please contact us. We will happily re-credit your account or issue a partial refund for the affected generations.

4. Account Termination for Violations

If your account is suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service (such as uploading photos without consent, generating prohibited content, or fraud), any remaining credits are forfeited and non-refundable.
